Project Black is an internal and private commercial creative research and automation system.

Internal use and availability

Access is limited to authorized internal use. The system, its availability, and its features may change or be suspended without notice. Nothing on this site grants public access to Project Black, YouTube API Services, or any third-party service.

Third-party services

Project Black may use third-party services, including YouTube API Services, subject to their applicable terms and policies. Use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Independent analytics

Where enabled under applicable approvals, Project Black may generate independent analytics from permitted public data. These analytics are not provided by YouTube and must not be treated as YouTube-supplied metrics, product facts, customer truth, offers, claims, CTA authority, or publication authority.

No affiliation

Project Black is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of YouTube or Google.

Commercial use and prohibited misuse

Project Black supports commercial affiliate creative optimization. It must not be used to sell or redistribute YouTube API Data, resell API access, redistribute third-party YouTube audiovisual content, misrepresent independently generated analytics as YouTube data, evade third-party policies, or make unsupported product claims.

Intellectual property

Third-party services and their content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms. No license to third-party audiovisual content, brands, trademarks, creator identities, or API Data is granted by this site.

Compliance

Use must comply with applicable law, these terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable third-party service terms and policies. Derived Metrics Analytics & Reporting remains PENDING APPLICATION / NOT YET APPROVED; no extended-retention entitlement is asserted by these terms.
