Authority boundary

Trend Intelligence is presentation-pattern intelligence only. It does not establish or modify Customer Truth, Product Fact, Offer Reality, product claims, CTA authority, Creative authority, or Publication authority.

Audiovisual-content boundary

Project Black currently does not download, store, cache, or analyze third-party YouTube audiovisual content. Content Observation requires separate authority. Vertex AI analysis of third-party YouTube videos is not represented as implemented or approved.

Commercial boundary

Project Black supports commercial affiliate creative optimization. It does not sell YouTube API Data, resell API access, or redistribute YouTube audiovisual content.
